These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeplo website (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ABOUT US

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase through the Site.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We try to display product information, including pricing, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free, however strong measures have been put in place to ensure all details listed should be reliable. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or events of force majeure.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the Zeplo name and branding, is the property of Zeplo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Site, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to us or other users.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeplo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Where the Australian Consumer Law implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, but liability for breach of that guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to the resupply of the goods or services, or the cost of resupply.

11. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Zeplo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
